Deep Tissue Massage

30 Minutes $55 | 60 Minutes $85 | 90 Minutes $115

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue. This is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to ensure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is often experienced after a deep tissue treatment. Therefore, plenty of water should be consumed to aid with flushing and removing toxins released from the tissues during the session.

ACE Massage CuppingTM

30 Minutes $50 | 15 Minutes $30 (add-on)*

Vacuum therapy draws inflammation out from deep in the tissues to be released. Increased local blood supply to muscles and skin will bring nourishment and allow toxins to be carried away via the lymph. Chronic and acute pain can be relieved with minimal discomfort and tense muscles can be softened quickly and easily. A very light suction provides drainage for cellulite treatment, while a heavier application can stimulate circulation, loosen adhesions, or dimpling. The action on the nervous system is sedating, and people often fall into a deep state of relaxation. This is beneficial for those with high blood pressure, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, chronic headaches, fibromyalgia, and neuralgia.

*Typically an add-on service unless working on an injury.

Also called ear coning or thermal-auricular therapy, this alternative medicine practice claims to improve general health and well-being.  One end of a wax-dipped hollow candle is lit, and the other is placed in your ear canal, creating a low-level vacuum that draws ear wax and other debris out of your ear and into the hollow candle. The treatment is followed up with a few drops of warmed ear oil to add some moisture back to your ear.
